This week we researched EVs. It’s difficult to talk intelligently about things we know little about. One of the benefits of doing a show like this is the amount of rapid learning we both have to do. By the end of each episode, we’ve come up with more questions than we’ve answered so be certain EVs will come up in conversation at a deeper level in the future.
We looked exclusively at EV cars that run by plugin electrical current only. Specifically, we excluded fuel cells, electric hybrids, range extenders and any other intermediate technologies. Charging options, fleet turnover, range anxiety, the Gigafactory, and the break. We talk about the break a lot.
